I’ve recently added the new event Wakefield Alternative Fair to my list of upcoming events! Bank Holiday Monday, 25th August, at Lightwaves Leisure Centre in Wakefield.
Also, the Sheffield Alternative & Burlesque Fair now has a new venue! Leaving the Corporation Nightclub behind, the Sheffield event will now be held at The Foundry, the Sheffield University Student Union.
Bridal headpieces made for client.
These pieces are made from lace and beading, completely hand sewn, and wired for stability. Both were made for a client so that she could choose which she would like!
The smaller is still available!
This saturday! We’ll have lots of corsets, hats & more for sale.

Whitby Goth Weekend over for another 6 months - next event confirmed dates for October 31st-November 2nd 2014! Here’s a couple of pics of my Spring stall for anyone who couldn’t make it. Bunch of new hats, a new way to display my lace collars, and my stall buddy Alena showing off some (miniature!) historical costuming!
Two new hats - and firsts for me! A break from my usual top hats, I decided to try out some gangster hats instead.
The first features lace on the brim, which is edged with braiding and cord. A cream petersham band is also finished off with the same cord and a spray of merry widow veiling. Feathers are pheasant tail feathers and dyed goose feathers. The badge is an actual royal navy uniform badge.
The second is rather less elaborate, featuring petersham bands in two colours, two pheasant feathers and a spray of undyed emu feathers, and finally a lovely embroidered clock-face patch.
New stovepipe hats! Will be available at my Whitby Goth Weekend stall next week
The first features five pheasant tail feathers, satin band and gold braid. Comes with the gold goggles pictured.
The second has three pheasant tail feathers and a small spray of curly goose feathers. A red satin band with false bow at the front, and a line of iridescent sequins complete the embellishment.
100% wool bowler hats with lace flower, curly goose feathers and two pheasant tail feathers.
testing out a new underbust pattern!
100% embroidered silk outer, 100% cotton coutil core and polycotton lining. Fully steel boned and laced at the back with sturdy two-part grommets.
36inch waist fully closed.
Sorry for the slightly rubbish photographs, I really need to find a better way to photograph them!
